Already There

(Jerimiah 23:23) Am I a God near, says Jehovah, and not a God afar off?

Recently I was texting someone who was going to have surgery how I wished that I could be there personally. Due to my own current health issues I was unable to travel there. I’ve been dealing with Fibromyalgia since March 1996. Giving Praise and Thanks to God it is just about all gone. However, IBS & IBD still linger around making it difficult and at times impossible to travel https://www.amazon.com/Walking-Rain-Minister-Mike/dp/1491238372.

The fact that I could not personally be there for the surgery was somewhat depressing. At the same time, I realized that my prayers were already there. When we pray with and for others our sincere prayers reach the very throne of God. Not only our prayers but the prayers of others now in the presence of God. Our friends and loved ones who prayed with and for us while they were on this earth. Those prayers for our health and well-being are still before God’s throne. Sincere and proper prayers are never wasted. When we can’t physically be with someone our prayers can. Our scripture text informs us that God is always near he is not afar off. So while he is with us as we pray for our friends and loved ones he is also right there with them also. What a comfort and assurance to know this what an Awesome God we serve!!!

Remember this (Psalms 46:1) To the Chief Musician. For the sons of Korah. A Song “For the Virgins”. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. So the next time you here of someone being rushed to the hospital or having to go through surgery. Don’t worry or fret you don’t have to hurry to the hospital just pray and realize that God is already there. He can, He will, He does answer prayer. By the way the person I was praying for their surgery was successful and they are doing well Be Encouraged and Blessed Minister Mike.
